The problem wasn't Arya having sex. The problem was Arya's character and how this sex scene felt misplaced in its arc. Since Arya never talked about, or felt the need to have sex or even liked a boy in its journey, and the fact that she was determined to become a killer only means that this scene has nothing to do with her. Arya wanting to become a killing machine -> "I wAnT tO HaVe SeX" get it ? It's odd and misplaced for her. Zero setup.
