Chuẩn bị đồ chua và đồ xào trong đĩa. Thoa nước lên 1 mặt miếng bánh tráng cho bánh dịu và dai rồi trải ra mặt phẳng, thêm cải mầm, tôm chiên, đồ chua và đồ xào cho vừa cuốn, gắp mép 2 bên lại rồi cuộn tròn để bánh trán bịt kín phần nhân và tôm.
Trong chén nhỏ, trộn đều 3 muỗng canh nước mắm với 15ml nước cốt chanh, 1 muỗng canh đường, 2 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm và 1 muỗng cà phê ớt băm để làm nước chấm. Bày trí gỏi cuốn tôm chiên ra đĩa cho đẹp mắt và mời cả nhà cùng thưởng thức nhé!
